Nutrition
Under One Hour

Skip the 300-page textbook. In under 60 minutes, Nutrition Under One Hour puts your future back where it belongs - in your hands!

This book will give you the foundation necessary to achieve your goals and live a long healthy life.

Our bodies are truly a temple. Since every cell in your body reproduces, you quite literally are what you eat. If you were to fuel your cells with fried, boxed, bagged, and other highly processed foods, those cells may not be getting all the nutrition they need to reproduce successfully; leading to disease. When you fuel your cells with plenty of fresh, ripe, minimally processed foods, your cells will be soaking up all the nutrition they need to reproduce successfully.

While genetics do play a role in determining your health, it does not play nearly as high a role as most of us think. Many of the most common diseases of first world countries are linked to lifestyle; Heart Disease, Diabetes, Stroke to name a few. These diseases to have genetic factors, but those factors can be reduced or even prevented with proper nutrition and lifestyle guidance.

It is much easier to change habits and lifestyles while you are young, but that doesn’t mean those things cannot be changed as you age. You can increase your health and decrease your risk for disease at any age. The key is to start NOW and you are doing that by reading this book. Changing your lifestyle to promote health instead of comfort or convenience will bring about a better quality of life, no matter your age. Disease knows no age. Prevention is your best bet at health and disease control. It is much easier to prevent illness than it is to reverse it!
